Raining Cats And Dogs

The limitless, rhythmic, rain

Constant,

Upon the window

Splish, splashing, mesmerizing

Me into daydreams

In it's hypnotic incessant,

Obese clouds idly wandering around

Holding July hostage,

Calling a halt to the glitter of sun

Upon my dreams.
