Respect Outlawed

This was written in light of the riots taking place over the UK in August 2011.

Respect Outlawed

Banksy
Rioting rebels, raging, randomly,

Enraging
Servants of government and saviours of the free,

Plying societies wrongs for their looting mentality
Entombing us, housebound,

Citing our kids as our enemies,

Taunting a GOVERNMENTS Leniency !

  3. they taint any good message they are trying to send with their antics...i wonder if many know what they are rioting for?

  4. It's true many are still children..some young as 14...what is going on? This is anarchy..a complete breakdown of respect...well written Kerry.

  5. Trying times we live in. I've seen in over here in the Us when I was young. seems like everything is cycling backward instead of forward.

  6. I'm SHOCKED there's rioting in the UK. My first visit there in 91 the entire of Britain wanted to discuss the Rodney King riots in LA with me. How does an individual answer question when the actions are senseless! These are uneasy times and many are both bored and desperate.

  15. Kerry, this is a passionate, well penned write. Someone has got to do something! These nonsensical actions will continue...proof the world over is begging for leadership...real leadership based on a desire to help ALL, with no hidden, selfish agendas, no hunger for power. Oh my...it's so very frightening to me...
